  • Generate analytics and reporting for you about assistant performance.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. AI processing

To generate responses, conversation content and configured knowledge may be processed by large language model providers acting as our sub-processors. We do not allow these sub-processors to use customer content to train their foundation models.

5. Sharing

We share information with: (a) service providers and sub-processors who host, secure, and operate the Services; (b) the business customer that owns the assistant a visitor is interacting with; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) parties to a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preference storage, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customers can request deletion of conversation logs and customer content from the business console or by contacting us.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@precognitaive.com. If an assistant on a business customer's website holds information about you, we will route your request to that customer as the controller.

10. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, when transferring personal information across borders.
